Direct from Queensland, the original and traditional Queensland stumped homes feature all round verandah decks with balustrade. We have ten designs in the Queenslander range. These start with the three bedroom, two bathroom model, and finish with our masterpiece top of the range Queenslander Manor. These designs incorporate large modern kitchens, high raking ceilings to the living areas, large luxurious bathrooms, beautiful timber french doors that open out onto your own personal verandah, and a massive theatre room. In addition, these designs can be raised off the ground to create the same size home underneath for use as a carport, barbeque area, shed or shade for the dog.

Our Queenslander Highlight four bedroom, two bathroom design is on display at Wangara seven days a week. All home designs in this range are exceptional in their own right, and hundreds of these homes are viewable around Western Australia.

The Queenslander Highlight as the name suggests is a truly modern design featuring high glass gable windows to the front elevation. These highlight windows bring much light to the large central living area and a large, exposed feature timber beam runs through the entire roof ridge of the home adding to the grand and spacious feel. This design also boasts a large alfresco balcony area for entertaining, and a large meals, family and galley kitchen with a feature wall to one end, gives this home its family feel.

Treated Pine Timber the only
renewable building resource

The timber we use in our framed and truss construction is harvested from renewable growth forests. Modern treatment methods for rot and insect (termite) attack is a tried and proven protection and is safe to use in domestic situations.

Timber is the only truly renewable building material, with minimal climate impact. The use and regrowth of timber as a construction material is beneficial to the environment by its process in using carbon dioxide and release of oxygen, a process at its optimum in young growing trees.

Cyclone and Seismic Areas

The design and building method utilising truss style engineered components gives superior cyclonic and seismic capabilities. Variations can apply additional tie-down strength for extreme conditions.
