MODERN AND VERSATILE
The Metro Series are new home designs that draw attention with their modern coastal elevations and are suited to all block sizes in the Perth metropolitan area and beyond. This series feature James HardieTM cladding to the exterior, raked ceilings, and some designs feature 2.7 metre wall heights to the spacious Living and Family zones. The Metro Series includes 3,4,5 and 6 bedroom designs to suit families of all sizes. The designs in this series can be built on a concrete slab on the ground, or can be stumped off the ground. The later option includes decking and balustrade where applicable to the alfresco’s, verandahs and porches. All home designs achieve the NatHERS six star energy efficiency requirement to reduce energy use over the life time of the dwelling, saving you money and delivering a thermally comfortable home no matter what the season.

A stumped floor system in a home can eliminate expensive earthworks, paving, retaining walls and possible subsoil drainage. If building on a flat site then all our designs are available on a concrete slab should you prefer.
