Building Australia

All of our Total HomesTM designs can be built on a stumped floor system or a concrete slab.

A stumped floor system in a home can eliminate expensive earthworks, paving, retaining walls and possible subsoil drainage. If building on a flat site then all our designs are available on a concrete slab should you prefer.
