Cost effective and
adaptable homes

These three and four bedroom home designs some with theatre/activity and games rooms cater for sloping sites where we build up or down the block on a stumped floor system. There is a floor height change of 1 metre where the internal stairs are on our plans. This allows the stump heights underneath not to be as high throughout the building footprint. There are many of these homes that can be viewed throughout Western Australia. These unique designs provide solutions for clients who need to build on their sloping sites and have budgets to consider. We can eliminate most of the associated earthwork costs by designing the home to be built in this way which keeps the overall construction costs down.

We have the Queenslander Lifestyle, five bedroom, two bathroom with all round verandahs design on display at our Wangara display centre. Ring for an appointment and discuss your own customised home to meet your living style today on 9309 8999.

Treated Pine Timber the only
renewable building resource

The timber we use in our framed and truss construction is harvested from renewable growth forests. Modern treatment methods for rot and insect (termite) attack is a tried and proven protection and is safe to use in domestic situations.
(Reference blue & C.C.A.)

Timber is the only truly renewable building material, with minimal climate impact. The use and regrowth of timber as a construction material is beneficial to the environment by its process in using carbon dioxide and release of oxygen, a process at its optimum in young growing trees.

Cyclone and Seismic Areas

The design and building method utilising truss style engineered components gives superior cyclonic and seismic capabilities. Variations can apply additional tie-down strength for extreme conditions.
