These three and four bedroom home designs some with theatre/activity and games rooms cater for sloping sites where we build up or down the block on a stumped floor system. There is a floor height change of 1 metre where the internal stairs are on our plans. This allows the stump heights underneath not to be as high throughout the building footprint.
