Direct from Queensland, the original modern and traditional Queenslander-style stumped homes feature all-round verandah decks with balustrade. We have ten designs in the Queenslander range, including our new impressive modern designs, the large Coastal Retreat, Viewpoint, Skyline, Highlight and the awe-inspiring Manor.

Queenslanders can be built on metropolitan or country blocks if your land area size allows. If you have a sloping block these designs can be raised by stumping up to 5 metres off the ground. Alternatively, they are just as impressive set on a concrete slab for flat blocks.

The Queenslander designs start with a three bedroom, two bathroom model, and move up in size to our largest design the “Manor’. This top of the range design boasts five bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, an activity room, theatre room and a study. This home includes 2.7 metre high ceilings, dropped verandahs, double carport and spa bath. The front elevation is indeed impressive with its large window and three Dutch gables. The Manor will make a grand statement wherever you build this design in Western Australia.

Once a traditional design, we have transformed the classic Queenslander into a chic, modern home. Welcome the new Queenslander Skyline with a stylish flat skillion roof, highlight windows to the internal raked ceiling in the centre of the home, and expansive alfresco areas to the front and rear of the home for entertaining. While still retaining the distinctive elements of a Queenslander home, this design is a truly contemporary home with its welcoming spaces and front elevation appeal.

The new Viewpoint design is also turning heads with its unique hexagonal design feature to the front elevation. This feature provides a multi-use, functional space that allows 180-degree views from the home. Classic timber French doors and windows are included to the front elevation, and lead out onto an expansive alfresco deck. This design would look good on any block but is typically suited to larger Perth suburban blocks.

The front elevation of our large Coastal Retreat design is a real show stopper! It’s large windows and 30 degree roof pitch are central to the home, creating a spacious, light-filled living area and kitchen. The standard home comes with a theatre/games room and an activity room to add to the homes generous living space and makes this Queenslander design a family’s dream. The Queenslander Highlight as the name suggests is a truly modern design featuring high glass gable windows to the front elevation. These highlight windows bring much light to the large central living area and a large exposed feature timber beam runs through the entire roof ridge of the home adding to the grand and spacious feel. This design also boasts a large alfresco balcony area for entertaining, and a large meals, family and galley kitchen with a feature wall to one end, gives this home its family feel. This home design is also popular amongst families as it contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of the Queenslander designs come complete with large kitchens and stainless steel appliances, walk in pantries, 2.7 metre wall heights or high raked ceilings to the living areas, large luxurious bathrooms, and in some models natural timber 10 lite French doors and windows that open out from bedrooms onto the verandah. Efficiencies can be gained by raising your home up to create a underneath space the same size as your home!
